Dr. Monday Onyekachi Ubani

Dr Monday Onyekachi Ubani is the principal partner of the law firm of Ubani & Co., established in 1992.

He was the former Chairman of one of the biggest branches of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja, between 2012 and 2014.

He later contested and won an election to become the 2nd National Vice President of NBA in 2016 to 2018.

He was the Second National Vice President of the prestigious Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and later the Chairman of NBA-SPIDEL(Section of Public Interest and Development Law) from 2021 to 2023. As the immediate Chairman of SPIDEL, he again left indelible marks while he presided over the Section to the extent that everyone in the country knows of a Section in NBA called SPIDEL. The Section was unknown until he became the Chairman.
